Alys Beach Town Center
Alys Beach will soon have a town center. Designed by world renowned Architect Scott Merrill, The Alys Beach Town Center will be located on the north and south side of 30A. The building anchoring the northeast corner encloses a public amphitheater, and a monumental porch will draw people from the sidewalks along 30A. An orchestrated series of public spaces and landscaped greens will connect the Town Center with the plaza along the Gulf.  The Town Center will identify Alys Beach for generations to come. It will be a place to meet, a place to mingle, and a place to remember.
